Game Planer/Senior Game Planner

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and organize content, in-game events/activities, and promotional campaigns with execution plans that align with the project’s vision and goals.
- Collaborate with the game development team and other internal teams to ensure the smooth operation of game services.
- Conduct gameplay testing and iterate on designs based on player feedback and usability testing.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the quality of game service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience in gaming, blockchain, or related industry is preferable.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, mechanics, and gameplay flow.
- Proven experience as a Game Planner or in a similar role, with a portfolio of successfully released games, is preferable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Able to communicate effectively in English. (Speaking / listening / writing).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to overcome challenges.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work under tight deadlines.
- Passion for gaming and staying up-to-date with current trends in the gaming industry.
