Responsibilities:

• To manage all of HR Function
• Strong in recruitment and Labor law
• Have experience , implementation PMS by OKRs , KPIs , Competencies.
• Knowledge in compensation , payroll and personal Tax income.
• To mange admin function (General admin and Building Management)

Requirements:

• Age between 35 – 45 year’s old.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Good command in English
• At least more 5 years’ experience in HR Function
• Ability to work on various matters under deadlines with time pressure
• Digital literacy, agility, and growth mindset with good heart
• Good presentation skill, and coaching skill is advantage.
• Experience & understanding of HR role for public company limited (advantage
